Founder and Managing Partner F. Moore McLaughlin, IV, Esq. is a tax attorney with a Masters of Law in Taxation from the prestigious New York University as well as an award-winning CPA. In addition, Moore is a recognized leader in tax planning for real estate developers and Section 1031 Exchanges. Moore’s knowledge and expertise allows him to identify and untangle complex tax issues and create customized strategies that result in substantial tax savings to his clients. In addition, Moore has successfully handled many IRS audit cases through appeals and U.S. Tax Court.

Partner Thomas P. Quinn, Esq. has years of experience as a former IRS collection officer where he gained an unrivaled understanding of what it takes to successfully help clients resolve IRS and state tax collection and audit problems. Tom’s know-how has served his clients well as he helps them navigate through difficult financial times and successfully obtain debt relief by filing for Federal bankruptcy protection. Tom's experience as a Trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Rhode Island provides insight not found in many attorneys.

Our associate, Jill E. Sugarman, Esq., has 15 years experience serving families and the community as an estate planning and elder law attorney, and as the former director and owner of the Sugarman-Sinai Memorial Chapel - a funeral home located in Providence, RI.  Jill's unique skills enable her to educate and effectively communicate estate planning, Medicaid, and other asset protection strategies to her client families, enabling them to make informed, strategic decisions about the ultimate distribution of their property. Jill possesses a level of empathy and compassion found in few attorneys.
