Providence: 401-421-5115 x220 Boston: 617-426-5877 Frank Fiore, Esq. became associated with McLaughlin & Quinn, LLC when he joined the firm as Of Counsel. Frank utilizes over 37 years of accounting and tax experience with the Internal Revenue Service to represent individuals and businesses in IRS and State tax audit, appeals, innocent spouse, U.S. Tax Court cases and controversies. Frank began his IRS career in 1970, and over the next 37 years, he held increasingly responsible positions within the IRS from Office Auditor to Revenue Agent to Appeals Officer. Frank spent the final three years of his IRS career as the Lead Appeals Team Manager for New England. In addition, Frank gained invaluable experience as an Associate Chief of Appeals and Large Case Team Manager. Frank also was the Appeals Estate and Gift Tax Specialist for New England in 2004 and 2005 where he specialized as a valuation expert for closely held corporations. Frank has hired and trained a number of IRS Appeals Officers and Managers both in New England and throughout the country at IRS campus service centers, and he has experience instructing courses for CPA’s and at the college level. Frank combines his extensive experience with the IRS with his private practice of law where he helps clients resolve even the most complex IRS and State tax audit and appeals cases. Frank is widely recognized for his ability to effectively resolve tax controversy cases fairly and efficiently while protecting his clients from the State and Federal taxing authorities. Having “done it all” in the IRS Audit and Appeals functions, Frank is uniquely qualified to handle any and all tax audits and appeals and insure that his clients achieve outstanding results.
