Michaela A. Costa is an integral member of McLaughlin & Quinn, LLC, having been part of the founding team with F. Moore McLaughlin, IV. Michaela excels in her role as a paralegal for all of the attorneys in McLaughlin & Quinn, LLC. Her strengths lie in her organizational and communication skills. In particular, Michaela focuses on document preparation, including entity formation documents, purchase and sale agreements, deeds, and other organizational and transactional documents. Michaela is also responsible for maintaining corporate and LLC minute books and preparing annual reports and minutes for all of these entities.
Michaela closely supports the efforts of the attorneys by ensuring that all of the needs of the clients are timely and completely satisfied. She does this by working side-by-side with the attorneys in all facets of the engagements and maintaining control of the files and the associated documentation. Michaela also follows up with the clients, as necessary, to make certain that all documentation is complete once the transactions are final.

Priscilla J. Horton is familiar to the clients of McLaughlin & Quinn, LLC as Thomas P. Quinn's legal assistant. Priscilla plays a vital role in assisting Tom and the other attorneys to help them meet and exceed their clients’ expectations for outstanding service. Priscilla works directly with our Bankruptcy and IRS and State tax workout clients to assist with the preparation of petitions, schedules, and financial statements.
Priscilla is an important part of achieving prompt and efficient results for our clients and she assists Tom to be sure that all important deadlines are met. Her sense of humor and pleasant demeanor has endeared her to many clients who need a friendly voice when they call McLaughlin & Quinn, LLC.
