N. David Vallee has joined McLaughlin & Quinn, LLC as an Enrolled Agent.  Dave brings over 33 years of experience with the IRS Collection Division to the firm.  Dave will work with businesses and individuals to help those clients resolve cases with the IRS and state tax collectors; including the resolution of tax liens and levies, settlements and offers-in-compromise, unfiled tax returns and payroll tax delinquencies.

McLaughlin & Quinn, LLC partner, Thomas P. Quinn, Esq. says proudly, "Adding Dave to our team allows us to bring even more value to our clients. His knowledge of the IRS rules and procedures gained over the course of his 33 year career is extraordinary.  The understanding of the inner workings of the IRS that Dave possesses as a former long-term employee allows us to resolve cases in the most efficient and effective manner possible".  Founding partner, F. Moore McLaughlin, IV, Esq., CPA adds, "Dave and Tom make a formidable team with their many years of combined experience at the IRS.  The firm is fortunate to have two special advocates for our clients".

As an Enrolled Agent, Dave is authorized to represent clients before the IRS and the state taxing authorities. Dave helps taxpayers with outstanding income, employment, payroll and estate tax liabilities resolve their situations in the most appropriate manner. Some of the techniques that Dave uses on regular basis include offers-in-compromises, installment agreements, waiver of penalties and interest, releases of tax levies and tax liens and more.  Dave also represents non-filers, i.e. those who have failed to file all required tax returns.

At McLaughlin & Quinn, LLC we believe that for every tax collection problem, there is a solution.  With all of his years of experience at the IRS, resolving IRS and State tax problems comes naturally to Dave Vallee.
