Frank Fiore, Esq. proudly joins McLaughlin & Quinn, LLC as Of Counsel.  In this role, Frank will utilize his vast and varied experience within the IRS to assist clients with state and federal tax collection, audit and tax court matters.

During his 37 years with the IRS, Frank spent over 12 years as an auditor and over 20 years with the IRS Appeals Division where he rose from the role of Appeals Officer to the Appeals Associate Chief in Boston, MA to the Lead Appeals Team Manager for all of New England.  In addition, Frank served for a year as an Appeals Large Case Team Manager and for two years as an Estate and Gift Tax Specialist where he was a valuation expert for closely-held companies.  Frank also spent significant portions of his career addressing Innocent Spouse cases.

Frank will assist McLaughlin & Quinn, LLC partner Thomas P. Quinn, Esq. is his practice representing businesses and individuals before the IRS and state taxing authorities, in audit, appeals and U.S. Tax Court matters, as well as IRS Collection cases, dealing with offers-in-compromise, installment agreements, liens, levies and non-filer cases.  Tom says, "Frank brings a level of IRS institutional knowledge that cannot be matched.  In addition, his experience as a lawyer in private practice at a prestigious Boston law firm allowed Frank to hone his skills from the client's perspective.
