Justin is an associate tax attorney working in McLaughlinQuinn’s tax planning, tax controversy and business corporate departments. Justin received his JD from Roger Williams University and his LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. Prior to joining McLaughlinQuinn, Justin was a senior associate at a Big Four accounting firm where he provided consulting services for market-leading corporate clients on various international tax considerations including cross border mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. Justin also prepared and reviewed tax returns for businesses and partnerships.
During law school, Justin was an intern at Rhode Island Legal Services in the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic where he helped with resolving disputes between taxpayers and the IRS. Justin also worked with the Business Start-up Clinic at Roger Williams University helping small businesses and start-ups in Rhode Island by consulting them on entity selection, formation documents, trademark availability, and trademark protection.
